The new centrepiece installation at 3’6 at Piccadilly
The 3D printed bar of the future
Designed and 3D printed in FabPub’s London circular Mobile Factory, the Wavery is our first public and permanent piece in London.
Named from the fusion of "Wave" and "Reverie" (French for 'dreaming'), these geometrically and functionally crafted elements emerged from parametric design and digital fabrication. Embracing waves of innovation, we strive to challenge norms, setting a new standard for what circularity can achieve through impactful projects.
Description
This project tackles environmental issues by creating an engaging experience that appeals to our senses. It's crafted using renewable and industrially compostable materials sourced locally. From the stools to the signature waves that cascade up from the bar and across the ceiling, the entire installation is crafted from PLA bioplastics.
We believe in fostering waves of innovation through impactful storytelling. Our vision includes taking you on a journey towards a future where global design meets local production, creating everything from renewable and circular materials. It's about shaping a sustainable tomorrow.
