Returns & Exchange Policy
We provide a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. This period allows you to evaluate your purchase.
For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. This requirement ensures our product quality. The item should not show any signs of damage. An item returned in a different condition might not qualify for a return.
Your item must be returned in the original packaging. The packaging protects the item, maintains its condition, and also helps minimize waste. An item not returned in its original packaging might not qualify for a return. Please ensure the packaging is intact before returning the item; this way, we can reuse or recycle it and contribute to environmental sustainability.
All our returns will be carefully assessed upon receipt. If an item is found faulty or damaged, we will not just discard it. Instead, we strongly believe in and are committed to environmental sustainability. Therefore, we would look into crushing and recycling the faulty items, minimizing waste and contributing to a greener planet.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund will depend on your bank's policies, but it typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that we are unable to control the speed at which banks process refunds.
If you've returned an item, but it has not been refunded after two weeks, first check your bank account. If the refund is not visible, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at our customer service email. We will do our best to assist you in tracking your refund.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange
We also provide a convenient exchange policy if you find that the item you received is not what you expected or if you would prefer a different item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, just like our return policy. The item must be in the original packaging.
You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will assess its condition and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible.
Please note that in case the replacement item is priced higher than the originally purchased item, you would need to pay the difference. If the replacement item is priced lower, we will refund the difference.
